By using LMS B2B, you agree to these terms. The platform is provided as-is. You retain ownership of all content you upload; we hold a non-exclusive license to host and serve it for your tenant. Misuse — including reverse-engineering protected content, sharing accounts, or attempting to bypass licensing — terminates your access.
Liability is capped at the most recent twelve months of fees paid. Disputes are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your contract.
