We only collect information you explicitly provide (sign-up form, profile data, course interactions) plus the minimum technical metadata required to keep your account secure: IP address, user-agent, and a stable device fingerprint hash.
To operate the LMS, sign you in safely, deliver and protect content you have access to, and reply to support tickets. We do not sell user data. We do not share with third parties beyond the integrations you explicitly enable (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, payment gateways).
Your tenant data is stored in a database isolated to your branch. Encrypted offline content is stored only on your device, not on our servers.
